Cancellation policy without trip insurance cancellation
For reservations cancelled up to a month prior to the start of the vacation period, the down payment will be withheld as compensation. For cancellations from 30 to 14 days in advance, we will charge 50% of the entire reservation period. For cancellations of 13 days or less in in advance, and in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 80% of the total.
